Syntax : addregion <REGIONNAME> <PUBLIC/PRIVATE> "<DESCRIPTION>" <ENTER>
Description : To add/checkout a container region which will contain our data islands. We can also give 'public' parameter to create region with public access.
If we wants to give description of new or existing region, then we need to enter text in double quotes.
If we wants to make region private, then we can use 'private' parameter while checkout region.
