Cloud Servers allow you tell Data Islands to use your own PostgreSQL server as the storage option for when you push/export and pull/import.
This allows you to only host your own data and the data is not then stored on our servers.
This setup is ideal if you have legal requirements around where data is stored.
Requirements.
PostgreSQL version 13 only supported. Versions greater than 13 are not supported at this time (Nov 2024)
Limitations:
FILE type islands are not supported
Regions of type PUBLIC are not supported
